  1. Hi Phil. I have not read the Montgomery doc in complete detail but I can\’t draw the same conclusion as you have about vaccines not being mandatory. What I see is the opportunity to sue a doctor for not providing informed consent…Can you expand on why you draw your conclusion. Thanks for this website..keeps me going..cheers
