How I think it was done… Crowdstrike anti-virus. AV’s look for patterns (bits of code) in programs that are found in virus’s. All anyone had to do was select a bit of code that is in the Microsoft OS and mark it as a virus. The AV software would then flag MS OS as a virus and stop it from running. This cannot be fixed remotely 😉 as the OS won’t start. The only solution would be physical access to the machine in order to restore from a backup after deleting Crowdstrike from the backup so it doesn’t do an update and recreate the problem. All done on purpose – the target being Banks/ Money/ etc so they can introduce CBDC.
