Many people left the village and fled. The incident occurred on Saturday, when the team of the Health Department arrived here for vaccination. The administration and police officers explained to the people. Then the people jumping in the river came out. After 18 hours of hard work, a total of 18 people of the village got vaccinated.
People said – If they get the vaccine, they will die
. Asha Bahu Sarita of the village says that after seeing the health department team, many people ran away from the village and reached the banks of the Saryu River. When the Health Department team reached the Saryu shore, many people jumped into the river itself. On exit, people said that if they get the vaccine, they will die. Therefore, they should not be vaccinated.

Barabanki, this village is 70 km from Barabanki district headquarters. There is a severe lack of education in this village with a population of 1500 people. Most people are uneducated. This is the reason that there was chaos among the people on Saturday when the Health Department team reached for vaccination. The health department employees he talked to started running away.

Both officers reached the spot and explained to the people with a mike, then the people went out. SDM says that there is a lack of literacy in the village. That is why people do not want to get vaccinated. Nevertheless, by explaining to the people, we have vaccinated 18 people. Efforts are on to convince the rest.
