“The Italian Green Pass is discriminatory and against the Italian Constitution.. I am here to remind all police forces that we have sworn on the Constitution. The Constitution is above all other state laws.
To those who say we (police) are here to make laws be respected, I say this is absolutely true, it’s a shame therefore that the Italian Green Pass is absolutely illegal, because it violates Article 36 of the decree 953 of the EU constituting the Green Pass: the Italian Green Pass is illegal.”
